Jeff Cross is a Principal and Managing Consultant at OneDigital's Connecticut office. OneDigital is a national - but locally focused - team of experienced, employee benefits advisors who create greater value for employers and inspire individuals to become more engaged health care consumers.
Jeff has been in the insurance/employee benefits arena for over 23 years, with the majority of his career in various underwriting leadership roles for a number of health insurance carriers. He brings expertise in risk analysis and management, underwriting and pricing, alternative funding arrangements, creative benefit designs driving value based care, and wellness and consumer engagement strategies. His intimate knowledge of insurance carriers’ underwriting and pricing practices drives negotiation leverage on behalf of his clients.
Jeff’s goal is to help his customers maximize their healthcare spend, improving employees’ health and wellbeing while simplifying the healthcare experience. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and lives in Granby, CT and is a proud father to 4 adult children.
